Frequently Asked Questions
Registration
How do I open an account?
Open Register. Enter your name, email, a password of at least 10 characters with letters and numbers, your date of birth, residential address, and a Canadian phone number. Accept the terms. The account is created as Unverified and you are signed in.
What is the minimum age?
18. The age gate asks first. A younger date of birth is rejected and the account is not created.
Can I open two accounts?
No. One email holds one account. An email in an active self-exclusion cannot be registered again.
Which address is accepted?
A Canadian residential address. The province on the form is the address you live at. It is not a check of where the browser is. You must still be physically in Alberta when you add a credit or open a title.
Alberta
Can I be outside Alberta?
The rule is that real-money use is for people physically in Alberta. You can sign in while travelling and read the account. Do not add a credit and do not open a title unless you are physically in Alberta. This website does not call a geolocation provider, so the form will not block you by coordinates. The rule still applies to you.
Verification
When do I send a document?
Before a withdrawal. You can add a credit and open a title while the account is Unverified. A withdrawal is refused until a file has been accepted for review and the status is no longer Unverified.
Which files are accepted?
One JPG, PNG, or PDF under 8 MB. Any other file is refused and the status stays as it was. A file that passes is stored privately and the status becomes Pending.
Will the form mark me Verified?
No. We check the document and post the result on the verification page. The result is Verified or Not accepted. The rule of this website is that a Pending file is answered within 14 days.
Balance
How do I add Canadian dollars?
Sign in, open Deposit, and enter an amount of at least one cent, with up to two decimal places. If no limit, time-out, or self-exclusion blocks it, the amount is added to the balance. The form does not open a card, bank, or e-transfer session, and it does not ask for a card number. Footer marks that name payment organisations are not a method on this form.
What does the first credit do?
If it meets the minimum on the welcome offer, the match is added to the same balance as a bonus. The next credit can take the reload. A later credit does not. The figures, the wagering line, and the expiry date are on the promotions page.
Where is the wagering figure?
The figure is printed on the offer. Your Canadian dollar balance stays on the account, and a withdrawal follows the withdrawal rules. Opening a title records the open.
How do withdrawals work?
Enter an amount that is not above the available balance, after you have sent a document so the status is no longer Unverified. The row is stored as pending, the amount leaves the available balance, and we review it. The form does not pay a bank. The rule of this website is an answer within 14 days. Self-exclusion blocks a new withdrawal.
Is there a fee?
This website does not add a fee to the balance. No processing time for a bank is published, because the form does not send a bank payment.
Games
How do I open a game?
Sign in and choose Play on a title that shows it. A time-out or a self-exclusion blocks Play. The round opens in the game window. The account records that you opened the title.
What if a card has no Play control?
It stays a name, a studio, and artwork. It does not start a round.
Are jackpot amounts shown?
No separate jackpot pool is published. A figure inside a game window stays in that window. It is not added to the Canadian dollar balance.
Where are blackjack and roulette?
Blackjack finishes closer to 21 than the dealer without going over. Roulette outside bets include 1–18 and 19–36. Open a listed title from Play on the table-games page.
How does blackjack work?
The aim is to finish closer to 21 than the dealer without going over. Number cards count as their face value, face cards count as 10, and an ace counts as 1 or 11. Those are the rules of the game. They do not start a hand by themselves.
How does roulette work?
The result follows the wheel. Outside bets include 1–18 and 19–36 where the title uses that layout. Open the title from Play.
Can I play on a phone?
Yes. The pages are built for a phone. The same account rules apply.
Limits
How do limits work?
On the responsible gambling page in the account, enter whole numbers or leave a field blank. A stricter limit applies now. A looser one waits 24 hours. A credit above the remaining room is refused.
How do I take a break?
Choose a time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. You are signed out and a credit is refused until it ends. It cannot be shortened from the account.
How does self-exclusion work?
Choose 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or no end date. You are signed out, the email cannot register again while it lasts, and a new withdrawal is refused. It is not sent to a provincial register. An open-ended exclusion does not lift itself.
Security
How is the account protected?
Use a password you do not use elsewhere, and do not share it. The session ends after 30 minutes idle or 12 hours. Five wrong passwords lock the email for 15 minutes. Changing the password signs out other sessions.
How do I reset the password?
Use Forgot password. The screen shows the same sentence whether or not the email is registered. If the account exists, a one-hour link is prepared and handed to the server’s mail program. The link is also written to the mail log.
Support
How do I complain?
Use the contact form or the support form in the account, or email support@hescorecasino.slonik.store. The screen shows a reference when the message is stored. The rule of this website is an answer within 14 days for an account, a payment, a game, or verification, and within 30 days for a dispute about the terms. You can be asked once for a missing detail, and you can appeal once.
Where are the rules?
The terms cover the account, the balance, the offers, documents, limits, and complaints. The privacy policy covers the records and how long they are kept. The cookie policy covers the banner.
